5. BUYERS AND PROCUREMENT REQUESTS
Buyers may submit procurement requirements to BuildLinkWorld, including RFQs, BOQs, drawings, specifications, quantities, delivery requirements and other project information.
Submission of a procurement request does not create an obligation on BuildLinkWorld to identify a supplier, obtain a particular price, secure a particular delivery time or complete a transaction.

Buyers remain responsible for reviewing and approving suppliers, products, quotations, contracts, specifications and commercial terms before entering into a transaction.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, BuildLinkWorld does not act as the buyer’s agent, purchasing agent, fiduciary or representative.
6. SUPPLIERS AND MANUFACTURERS
Suppliers and manufacturers may apply to participate in the BuildLinkWorld supplier network.
Participation may be subject to onboarding, review, membership requirements and applicable fees.
Payment of an onboarding fee, membership fee or other platform fee does not constitute certification, endorsement, accreditation or a guarantee that a supplier will receive procurement opportunities.
BuildLinkWorld may review supplier information, manufacturing capability, certifications, compliance documents, project history and other relevant information.
Any such review is intended to support platform matching and risk management and does not replace independent due diligence by buyers.
Suppliers remain solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, compliance and performance of their products and services.
7. SUPPLIER MEMBERSHIP AND FEES
BuildLinkWorld may charge suppliers a one-time onboarding or review fee and an annual membership fee.
The applicable fee structure may be communicated separately through the website, application process, commercial proposal, invoice or written agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees paid for onboarding, assessment, membership or platform access are not dependent upon the supplier receiving a particular number or value of procurement opportunities.
Additional fees may apply to specific services, transactions or commercial arrangements where separately agreed.
8. LOGISTICS AND TRADE SERVICE PROVIDERS
BuildLinkWorld may connect users with logistics, freight, customs, warehousing, inspection, certification and other trade service providers.
Such providers remain independent third parties.
BuildLinkWorld may charge logistics or service partners onboarding fees, platform service fees or other fees under separate commercial arrangements.

9. QUOTATIONS AND COMMERCIAL INFORMATION
Quotations displayed, submitted or facilitated through BuildLinkWorld may be provided by independent suppliers or service providers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, quotations may be subject to change based on currency movements, raw material costs, freight rates, taxes, duties, quantity changes, specifications, production requirements or market conditions.
Users are responsible for confirming final pricing and contractual terms before entering into a binding transaction.
BuildLinkWorld does not guarantee that any indicative quotation will remain available or become a final binding price.

BuildLinkWorld may use artificial intelligence, automated workflows, algorithms and AI agents to support procurement analysis, supplier matching, quotation comparison, compliance pre-screening, logistics matching, transaction analysis and other platform services.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions or incomplete information.
Such outputs are provided as decision-support tools and should not be treated as legal, engineering, financial, tax, regulatory or other professional advice.
Users remain responsible for independently reviewing material information and making final commercial decisions.
11. SUPPLIER MATCHING
BuildLinkWorld may identify or recommend suppliers using information including product categories, project requirements, capacity, location, compliance information, pricing, past performance or other relevant data.
A match, recommendation, ranking or introduction does not constitute a warranty or endorsement of a supplier.
Buyers remain responsible for completing appropriate due diligence before entering into any contract.
Suppliers are not guaranteed preferential treatment, exclusive access, project awards or procurement volumes as a result of platform membership.
12. CONTRACTS BETWEEN USERS
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, contracts for the purchase or supply of goods and services are entered into directly between the relevant buyer, supplier or service provider.
BuildLinkWorld is not automatically a party to contracts entered into between platform users.
Each participant is responsible for reviewing and negotiating its own contractual terms, including pricing, payment, delivery, warranties, insurance, liability and dispute resolution.
Where BuildLinkWorld provides transaction coordination, such involvement does not by itself make BuildLinkWorld the seller, manufacturer, importer, builder, freight carrier, insurer, lender or principal to the underlying transaction.
13. PRODUCT QUALITY AND COMPLIANCE
Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that their products comply with applicable laws, standards, codes, certifications and project specifications.
Buyers are responsible for confirming that products are suitable for their intended use and meet the regulatory requirements of the destination market.
BuildLinkWorld may assist with compliance pre-screening, certification review, inspection coordination or third-party testing.
Such assistance does not constitute a guarantee that any product complies with all applicable legal or technical requirements.
Final compliance decisions may depend on regulators, certifiers, engineers, building professionals, customs authorities or other competent bodies.

17. VERIFIED TRADE DATA
BuildLinkWorld may use procurement, order, payment, production, inspection, compliance, logistics and delivery information to create or support verified trade and transaction data.
Such information may be used for transaction coordination, analytics, risk management, supplier assessment, buyer assessment, fraud prevention and financing readiness.
Where authorised and appropriate, relevant information may be shared with participating financial institutions or service providers for independent assessment.
Use of verified trade data does not guarantee that a transaction will be accepted, financed or approved by any third party.
